University Insights, Teams, Settings & Bug Fixes (June 2026)

📅 Released: June 2026

🆕 New Features

📄 Public Team Page

You can now create a publicly shareable page for any of your athlete teams — similar to how event pages already work.

Each team page gets its own unique URL that you can share with college coaches, scouts, or anyone else involved in the recruiting process. It gives a clean, professional overview of your athletes without requiring the viewer to log in.

💡 Use cases:

🏫 University Insights — Your Collective Recruiting Brain

This is one of our biggest releases yet — and a major step toward making College Pipe the go-to CRM for college recruiting.

Until now, everything your organization learned about a university lived in someone's head, a private notebook, or a scattered email thread. That changes today.

You can now build a shared knowledge base about universities directly inside College Pipe — visible and editable by everyone on your team. Think of it as your organization's collective memory: every conversation, every commitment, every scholarship offer, all in one place.

For each university — and each specific program within it (e.g. Harvard Men's Tennis) — your team can now record:

All of this appears in one unified panel the moment you open a university — stacked alongside the existing athlete recruiting information. You can also filter your University Database and Recruiting Board based on what your organization already knows — for example: "show me programs where we have scholarship notes but no coordinator assigned yet."

💡 Use case:

This is a significant milestone
College Pipe is now a fully personalizable CRM built specifically for the college recruiting space.

⚙️ My Organization — Settings

We've added a dedicated Settings section under My Organization, giving administrators more control over how their account is configured — including managing service types (see below) — all from one central place.

🏷️ Organization Services & Tags

You can now define the services your organization offers (e.g. "Full Recruitment Package", "Visa Support", "Academic Counselling") and assign them to individual athletes. On top of that, you can create custom tags to further segment and organize your athletes however makes sense for your organization.

Both services and tags can be used to filter athletes, tasks, and the Recruiting Board — making it much easier to see at a glance who's enrolled in which programme or belongs to which group.
