Step-by-Step Guide: Managing Athlete Progress After Coach Contact in College Pipe

After contacting coaches, staying organized and keeping track of responses and athlete progress is key. Here’s how to manage this in College Pipe:

  1. Update University List Based on Coach Responses: When a coach responds to your outreach (e.g., expressing interest or making an offer), go to the athlete's University List. Change the status or tag for that specific university to reflect the coach's response (e.g., from "Contacted" to "Shortlist" or "Offer"). This helps track coach interest.

  2. Monitor Athlete Task Progress: Navigate to the Task Overview section. Here, you can see the overall progress of your athletes on their assigned recruiting tasks. Look at the color coding next to each athlete's name: Green indicates all tasks are completed, while Orange means some tasks are completed but others are still pending or incomplete.

  3. Manage Overdue Tasks: If you see an athlete falling behind on their tasks, go into their task list. You can filter tasks to show only those assigned to athletes and specifically filter for tasks that are overdue. Select the overdue tasks.
