Complete this simple integration process before you begin your email outreach to coaches to ensure your messages have that vital personal touch
Personal Appearance: When you send an email through the platform after integrating your account, it will be sent directly from your personal Gmail or Microsoft email address. To the coach, it will look like you sent the email manually and personally, not through an automated system.
Improved Engagement: This personal touch is very important. It helps:
Increase the likelihood that coaches will open your email.
Ensure your email lands directly in the coach's inbox.
Improve your chances of getting a response from the coach.
Key to Success: Adding this level of personalization is key to successfully connecting with coaches during the recruiting process.
Go to your Settings within the platform.
Find and click on the option labelled "Show other options".
You will see options to integrate either a Gmail or a Microsoft email account.
Click the appropriate button for your email provider (e.g., "Connect my Google account" or a similar button for Microsoft).
Follow the on-screen prompts and instructions to authorize the connection between the platform and your email account.
Step 1: Select the email address you're logged in with.

Step 2: Click Continue

Step 3: Select "Send Email on your behalf"

To successfully connect your account, you must continue with the email you are signed in with and then check the 'Send email on your behalf' box.
