There are two common issues users experience on our website relating to tasks and service packages:
Tasks are not automatically created for athletes when task templates are modified.
This is by design. If a template is changed after tasks have been created for an athlete, the changes are not carried over. This is to prevent tasks from being accidentally deleted for multiple athletes.
The incorrect tasks are created (usually a few are missing) if the service package is not selected.
Service packages are necessary to create tasks. If athletes are created before a service package is added, the task templates will not apply properly, and the athlete may not see the correct tasks.
Solutions
To ensure that all athletes see the correct tasks based on the current task template, you can either delete the existing tasks for each athlete and generate new ones, or manually add any missing tasks directly to the athlete.
To resolve the issue of incorrect tasks due to missing service packages, make sure to add service packages before creating athletes. If athletes have already been created without service packages, delete the tasks for each athlete and then revisit your dashboard to generate new tasks.
