We’ve been working behind the scenes on something huge. We’re about to roll out a major software update designed to give you more control, better visibility, and a much faster workflow. This isn’t just a facelift—it’s a total reimagining of how you manage your athletes and universities.

Here is a breakdown of the powerful new features heading your way:

🎨 A Fresh Look & Improved Navigation

The first thing you’ll notice is our brand-new design. We’ve moved the navigation bar to the left side of your screen to give you more vertical space and a more intuitive flow.

• Universal Search (Ctrl + K): Find an athlete, university, or staff member instantly.

• The "Three-Dot" Power Menu: Quick shortcuts to jump to recruiting profiles, public links, or the recruiting board.

• "View As Athlete": No more logging out and back in as an athlete to check their view. Use the "View As Athlete" feature to quickly see exactly what your athlete sees when they log in.

🏃 Streamlined Athlete Management

We’ve completely changed how you interact with your roster to save you clicks and time.

• Unified Tabs: You no longer have to "jump" into individual accounts. Simply select an athlete, and you can access all their specific tabs (Find a University, Recruiting Board, etc.) directly. You’ll see the currently selected athlete displayed at the top of your screen.

• Company-Wide Overviews: When no specific athlete is selected, the system defaults to a high-level overview, showing you the Recruiting Board and Recruiting Insights for all your athletes at once.

• Enhanced Statuses: Categorize athletes as Searching, Committed, Signed, or the new In College status.

• Detailed Athlete Settings: Overhauled permissions allow you to control if an athlete can contact coaches, connect their email, or manage their own board. You can also toggle the visibility of Recruiting Experts and other contact details on their profile.

👥 Updated Staff Roles & Transitions

To help your organization scale, we’ve refined our user roles. Note: All current "Managers" will be automatically transitioned to the new Director role.

• Directors (DIR): The new standard for high-level oversight, with authority to manage the Organization Profile, Experts, and Events.

• Managers (MAN): Similar to Directors, but with View Only access to Company Settings and Task Templates.

• Recruiting Experts (REX): Manage assigned athletes with View Only rights for other athletes in the organization.

• Scouts (SCT): Focused scope—Scouts can only see and manage their own assigned athletes.

📋 The All-New Recruiting Board & Relationship Tracking

The Recruiting Board is now a high-powered pipeline with a "Flow View" of your entire process.

• Dynamic Board Views: Toggle and view your board by Stage, Preference, or Status.

• Email Tracking: See exactly how many emails have been sent to coaches at a university and how many have been opened.

• Additional Info Tags: Add an "Additional Info" field to each university to act as a custom tag.

• Collaborative Notes: Keep internal notes private to your organization, while athletes can log Athlete Notes to update you on coach conversations.

• Mass Actions: Change statuses, remove entries, or send bulk emails for an entire column at once.

🔍 Powerful "Recent Activity" Insights

Get a 360-degree view of a school’s history with your organization (Agency, Club, or Event Organizer) wherever you see a University name:

• Recruiting Board Overview: See which athletes have this university on their board and their current status.

• Email History: View a full log of emails sent to that specific university.

• Success Tracking: Instantly see who has committed or signed there in the past.

📊 Smarter Filters & Selection

• Saved Default Filters: Save your favorite views so they are ready the moment you log in.

• Global Select All: Select all universities across your entire database—not just page by page—for instant bulk updates or emails.
